Is there something to let go of? Some story about what’s not possible?
Is there something you need help with?
Is there something that your body is craving?
A walk? A bit of water? A view? A hug? A cry? A moment of stillness?
Ask. Wait for the answer. Be willing to be surprised.
And then be willing to act.
